The Meeting Hall in the lower level of the Monroe Township Building on the corner of Third & Main St. is available to rent for meetings, receptions, parties, family gatherings, etc. The lower level facility is air conditioned and a chair lift is available for persons having physical disabilities.

Meeting Hall
  • Maximum Capacity is 300 persons
  • Theatre style seating is available on folding chairs
  • Banquet style seating is available using rectangular tables and folding chairs

There are five round tables and folding chairs available that will seat a maximum of 40 persons.

Full Kitchen

Rental of the Meeting Hall includes use of the full kitchen facility:

  • Refrigerator
  • Stove with ten (10) burners and four (4) ovens
  • Dishwasher
  • Dishes, silverware and glasses

Towels, dish detergent, extra trash bags, cooking utensils, pots & pans are not provided.

1 to 8 Hours $110.00
Over 8 Hours $150.00
Only the lower level area is being rented. No alcohol is permitted.
You are requested to be courteous to those who have businesses in our building by keeping noise to a reasonable level and keeping out of the upper level areas and off the upper level stairways. You are asked to leve the Rental Hall and kitchen as you found it. If not, future rentals will not be permitted.
